Before my very first call I had no idea what to expect, I didn’t know if the lady would understand me, if I’d start rambling because I was nervous or anything, but the phone introduction put my mind at ease and it was nice knowing the translator was able to tell her what I was trying to say so the language barrier wasn’t an issue. I didn’t even realise it but the first time we spoke we were on the phone for over an hour. Time goes fast when you’re with the right person.
